Oprah Winfrey gives $10k and an Apple iPad to her staff

"Oprah Winfrey has gifted every staff member at her ‘O’ magazine an Apple iPad and 10,000 dollars to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the publication. Staffers at ‘O, The Oprah Magazine’ also received a leather case engraved with the their initials.
According to a spokesperson for the magazine, this was Oprah’s way of showing her gratitude and thanking the staff for all the hard work they put in.

Winfrey, with a fortune estimated at USD 2.3 billion, is wrapping up her ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ in 2011 after 25 years to set up her own cable TV network."
